List of Nominated Entries for the Second Evaluation of GIDA 2020

The Second Evaluation will be held on site from August 15 to 16, 2020 (Beijing time) and 24 jury members will be invited to evaluate all the selected entries. Therefore, a physical object is required to be delivered. The physical object could be a product, a model or a prototype of your entry. 

The Entry Delivery Period will last from July 15 to August 14, 2020 (Beijing time). The Secretariat of GIDA Committee will receive the delivering entries until August 14 (Beijing time). Please make sure your entry will arrive at the evaluation site in time, so that the Second Evaluation of GIDA will proceed on August 15. The participants who are not able to deliver their entries to the evaluation site on time will be considered as giving up the Second Evaluation. 

For anyone who entering the Second Evaluation, please prepare for the entry delivery as follows:

Pre-delivery Stage: 

Once you are informed to enter the Second Evaluation of GIDA, you will be asked to deliver your entry to the GIDA Committee in China. Here are the things you should prepare before the entry delivery:

1)     Download the QR code of your entry from the Entry List-Editing-QR code on the GIDA official website, and print two copies of it.  

2)  Find the A Letter to GIDA Participants Concerning about the Entry Delivery Risks by clicking the Information-Input Delivery Information to download it. Print two copies of it and signed them.

On-delivering Stage:

1)     Download the QR code and print two copied of it. Please stick one outside the delivery box and another one put inside the box with waterproofing.

2)     If you have more than one entry delivered within one box, please make sure all of the QR codes of the entries put inside and stuck outside the delivery box with waterproofing.

3)     Download and print the document A Letter to GIDA Participants Concerning about the Entry Delivery Risks (from attachment); please sign the document and deliver it with your entry.

4)     When you prepare for the delivery, please make a delivery list and make sure everything in the delivery box on the list. We suggest you take photos to prove it. When there are something lost during delivery, the list and photos will be taken as evidence for your delivery.

After-delivery Stage:

1)     After delivering successfully, please log in the website to input the delivery information within 24 hours. The system will be closed at 24:00 p.m. on August 10, 2020 (Beijing time).
