In order to speed up the construction of new infrastructure such as 5G networks and data centers，it is now planned to carry out the design of smart transportation facilities.The project adopts a “cloud-side-to-end” technology architecture.The smart road platform provides cloud services.Smart light poles,smart zebra crossings,smart street signs and smart bus stations are edge computing nodes,and rich front-end facilities collect road and comprehensive traffic data.Realize the linkage with the public security,traffic police,municipal management,and urban management departments to comprehensively manage road traffic. We redesign the existing road facilities,taking the main building as the center and conducting a small-scale simulation at the intersection next to it. The design part is divided into four major sections: 1.Multifunctional smart pole:integrating urban lighting ,video surveillance,5G base station,Wifi hotspots,environmental monitoring,information release,and car charging piles. 2.Smart zebra crossing:can well realize the intelligent recognition of pedestrians crossing the street,warning motor vehicles to give pedestrians,pedestrians running red lights,and ground auxiliary traffic light warnings. 3.Wisdom street sign guide:integrate existing road signs and traffic lights,LEDs can instantly display road conditions ahead,remind remote parking space at the intersections of the parking lot and display the detailed number of parking spaces at the entrance of the parking lot. 4.Smart bus station:integrate traffic information display,LED display,autonomous selling of machines,shared warehouse,book borrowing and public toilet.
